About the Role As the Senior Management Accountant, you will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of weekly and monthly financial reporting across the Group. You will lead a team of Management Accountants, drive best‑practice financial controls, and partner closely with operational leaders to support performance, profitability and decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach and mentor a team of 3-4 Management Accountants. Financial Reporting Deliver accurate weekly and monthly financials. Performance & Operational Analysis Present financial insights and variance analysis to senior executives. Deliver multi‑site P&L reporting and KPI dashboards. Partner with Operations, Commercial and Fleet to enhance cost management and profitability. Systems & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reduce cycle time. Strengthen financial controls and ensure alignment with accounting standards. Support ongoing enhancements to data integrity, reporting and systems capability. About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Finance. CPA or CA qualified. 3 years' experience in a senior accounting role with team leadership responsibilities. Experience in multi‑site reporting, KPI analysis and operational business partnering. Skilled in process improvement with a mindset for efficiency and accuracy. Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the organisation.
