About the Role:
* To manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across various business functions.
* Liaise with management to develop strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals.
* Oversee cash flow management, ensuring timely payments and receivables in accordance with established policies.
* Coordinate financial performance monitoring and reporting, including KPIs and variance analysis.
* Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Manage tax compliance, including corporate tax, GST and associated filings.
* Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners to secure favorable credit facilities.
* Provide expert financial advice to support organizational decision-making and capital planning.
* Cover payroll and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and implement recommendations for process improvements.
