Current Strategic Priorities
* Uplifting enterprise strategic planning, including alignment of strategies, KPIs, and performance measures
* Building integrated business planning capability across divisions and functions

* Improving governance, planning frameworks, and cross-functional alignment
About You
* 3-6 years' experience in management consulting, strategy, or advisory roles within a professional services environment
* Experience working on strategy, transformation, or operating model engagements
* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
* Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‐paced environments
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team‐based environment
Why Join
* Opportunity to work across end-to-end strategy and transformation initiatives
* High levels of exposure to senior leadership and enterprise decision-making
* Ability to deliver tangible outcomes, not just recommendations
* Strong development opportunity within a growing internal consulting function
* Purpose-driven environment with a collaborative and supportive team culture
* Melbourne-based (hybrid working)
* 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential for extension or permanency)
* Competitive salary package
