The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer who is passionate about both technology and sport.
This is not a standard development role — it's a career-defining opportunity to:

* Develop a clear understanding of future opportunities within the existing platform and how they can be leveraged for growth.
* Contribute to cutting-edge AI, machine learning and data systems

What You'll Be Doing
* Build and enhance our core Match Statistics & Performance Platform
* Develop scalable APIs, backend systems and front-end components
* Contribute to AI and machine learning initiatives, including:
* Data validation and anomaly detection
* Automation of reporting and insights
* Work with video processing and data pipelines
* Improve system performance, reliability and scalability
* Collaborate with product, QA and operations teams to deliver real-world impact
* Learn and evolve into a platform leader over time

Skills & Experience
* Experience in software development (C#, .NET preferred)
* Strong understanding of APIs and databases (SQL)
* Front-end experience (React or similar)
* Experience building real-world applications
* Exposure to Python, AI or machine learning
* AWS or cloud-based infrastructure experience
* Interest in data analytics or sports technology
