We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the implementation and oversight of our global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme. This role will play a key part in ensuring the integrity of our operations worldwide.
The successful candidate will have expertise in financial crime risk management, with a focus on anti-bribery and corruption. They will assist in responding to external and internal programme enquiries, influencing and shaping anti-bribery policies, controls and risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the implementation and oversight of the global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme, including programme governance, policy development, training, monitoring and oversight and analysis of regulatory change.
* Use subject matter expertise in relation to all areas of the anti-bribery and corruption programme, assisting in responding to external and internal programme enquiries.
* Influence and shape anti-bribery policies, controls and risk appetite, engaging with stakeholders across all regions and business lines to manage and enhance our current anti-bribery and corruption framework.

Requirements
* Demonstrable financial crime risk experience, preferably with a focus on anti-bribery and corruption risk management.
* Financial services experience, or experience working in a similar role in industry, legal or regulatory environment.
* Sound knowledge of global anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the US FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
* Exposure to drafting policy content is valuable.
* Experience developing and delivering training content is valuable.
* Excellent stakeholder management and a proven track record in building constructive partnerships with senior leadership.
