Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* Endorsed by APHRA (essential)
* Aged care experience beneficial
* A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting
* Ability to problem-solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict
* Excellent communication skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team
* Strive for excellence in customer service
* Demonstrated high level organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written documentation and assessment skills
* Good knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards
