The Role
We're seeking a reliable Site Administrator to support daily site operations, manage deliveries and invoices, maintain documentation, and coordinate suppliers and services. This role is key to ensuring smooth site functions and efficient project support.
Duration:
* 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Start Date TBC (Aprill)
Location:
* Bungendore, NSW
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Delivery receipt of materials and verification.
* Administrative review of invoices: review, verification and negotiation of invoices and dockets.
* Document Control - Aconex / SharePoint
* Coordination of essential site services, including waste collection, drinking water, fuel (diesel) supply, sewage management, and stationery.
* Coordination of vehicle and maintenance contracts.
* Overseeing site access and maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and working hours.
* Materials inventory control
* Coordination, booking of flights & accommodation
* Maintain safety documentation, coordinate site inductions, support tool box meetings
Skills & Experience Required:
* Degree in Business Administration, or similar.
* Ideally have Cert IV in Work health & Safety
* 1-2 years in a similar role.
* Construction White Card
* Must be local and have own transportation
