**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Analyst to join our Cluster Revenue Team.
This exciting role involves assisting in the management of room inventory, ensuring the accuracy of reservation system data, and handling reporting, auditing, and communication processes.
You will work closely with the team to optimize revenue performance, analyze trends, and support data-driven decisions to enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing agendas, tracking critiques, conducting competitive analysis, and compiling supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
* Contribute to the implementation of hotel sales strategies within the reservation and inventory systems.
* Address technical issues related to reservations and property management systems by promptly escalating them to the appropriate support desk.
* Compile and maintain group pace and productivity reports.
* Update sales strategy reports for both market and property-specific data on a daily basis.
* Provide training support for new associates on revenue management tools as needed.
* Assist with system maintenance tasks, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasts, and running daily system checks.
* Inventory Control - Support the management of room inventory to optimize cluster room revenue and ensure accurate reservation system data.
* Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, and effectively communicate rate strategies and restrictions to properties.
* Facilitate the completion of Competitive Pricing Analysis and generate necessary reports for Revenue Management meetings.
About You:
We are looking for candidates with a strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, who can interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Additionally, we require proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott One Yield) and advanced Excel Skills. Team players with a collaborative mindset, able to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operation teams are highly valued.
