We are a well established small group private practice located for more than a decade in a boutique, mostly medical strip of businesses.
Our suite is ground floor, with natural light, and wheelchair accessible.
We offer
waiting room experience with in person reception facilities, so clients can come for a cuppa and calm before therapy;
management of referrals, re-bookings and changes of mind, client invoicing and Medicare rebating;
sessional work at hours that you select (mon-Tuesday afternoon/evenings, and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday all day);
professional peer support for like minded sharing of ideas, case consultations and non - judgmental space to reflect on your own practice;
60:40 split your way, (superannuation included and sent to your account monthly for you if your business is an ABN and not a company);
bring your own VA if you are managing other businesses and we will work seamlessly with them;
opportunities to expand your offerings to clients including intensives, groups and other treatment types within our space.
We require
AHPRA registered, Medicare providers who have experience in private practice;
EMDR trained therapists who want to do more for clients whose issues run deeper, including those who have been through major life upheaval (divorce, health issues, medical retirement, menopause), attachment informed or IFS informed training will be highly regarded;
your ethical standards to be internally motivated and externally visible in the way you treat all people with respect, keep up to date with neurodiversity, and trauma informed training, and your openness to learn from other peoples experience about how they want to be treated.
a focus on attention to detail for your reporting requirements to Medicare and client notes (our referrers enjoy regular communication with us and a strong alliance for client care.
