Sonder, the lead agency for our headspace centres, is seeking Private Practitioners who are passionate about youth mental health and want the perfect balance of independence and strong clinical/administrative support.

Full Admin Support: We manage intake, bookings, billing, reminders and backfilling cancellations to keep your calendar FULL, so you can focus on delivering high‑quality therapy.
* $1,000 annual retention bonus
* Claim payments for DNAs & late cancellations
* Professional Development Allowance ($750 for >0.5 FTE / $375 for <0.5 FTE)
* Hourly rates as per MBS billing (*Approximate earnings)
o Social worker – 6 clients per day = $523*
o Psychologist - 6 clients per day = $596*
o Clinical Psychologist - 6 clients per day = $871*
Professional Development and Supervision:
