Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
* Offer expert product advice and tailored solutions
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Process customer orders, quotes, and payments (cash and card)
* Manage stock control and inventory, including handling large stock deliveries
* Assist with in-store promotions, merchandising, and visual displays
* Maintain store cleanliness and organization
* Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
* Undertake additional tasks as directed by management
