What will you do?
You'll be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined territory, managing key accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities within the industrial and construction markets.
* Achieve sales targets across revenue, volume, and margin.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to quote, close, and delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region.
* Monitor customer performance, identify trends, and act on opportunities or gaps.
* Prepare and manage quotes in collaboration with internal teams.
* Provide technical product support and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
* Deliver product training to distributors and end users.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project and order delivery.
* Provide regular market feedback on pricing, competitors, and opportunities.
* Support marketing and promotional activities to drive product awareness.
What will you need?
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role within industrial, construction, or related markets
* Strong understanding of the industrial or construction sector (PVC or similar products highly regarded)
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region
* Full Australian work rights without requiring sponsorship.
