Our client is a leading automotive group based in Brisbane, that has been operating for many years. An opening has become available, for the position of Service Manager, with one of their major franchises.
This role requires a Service Manager who is comfortable across all aspects of service management, including but not limited to productivity, efficiency, planning, budgeting, upsell, training, customer satisfaction and more. The department's daily activities are mostly retail, with a bit of warranty thrown in. Internal is handled separately.
This dealership, like most, does have its share of challenges, so a candidate that has experience in recognising areas that are lacking, and developing an improvement action plan would be ideal.
