Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting property inspections, and managing open homes. The role includes advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, preparing listing presentations, and coordinating property appraisals. The associate will negotiate offers and contracts, guide clients through the sales process, and maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team, and representing Forsyth professionally at all client interactions and community events.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to build rapport, identify client needs, and close deals on a commission-based structure.
* Customer service and relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused approach throughout the sales lifecycle.
* Solid knowledge of residential real estate processes, contracts, and local market trends in the Greater Sydney Area or willingness to quickly develop this expertise.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple listings, inspections, and client communications simultaneously.
* Comfort with digital tools, including CRM systems, email, calendars, and basic real estate marketing platforms and social media.
* Current real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one) in New South Wales and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
* Self-motivated, ethical, and goal-oriented, with the resilience to work in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
* Prior experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related sales field is highly regarded; relevant training or certifications are an advantage.
