Here's your new opportunity:
We are excited to be growing our Marketing team Reporting to our Head of Marketing - Acquisition, you will work within our super friendly and supportive team and you will be responsible for supporting all visual aspects of building / redesigning web pages / sites / apps/ print and other external marketing opportunities i.e. sponsorship activations from conception to delivery, utilising exceptional cutting edge visual skills prioritising usability that appeals to our target market.
This is a permanent full-time role, to be carried out in our Robina office, with the exception of working from home each Friday, after settling in.
What you'll do:
* Prepare sketches, diagrams, illustrations and layouts to communicate design concepts
* Design and develop the production of digitally delivered information, promotional content, instructional material and entertainment through online, print and recorded digital media using static and animated information, text, pictures, video and sound to produce information
* Design and edit multimedia content including videos and animations to be used across multiple marketing channels (Facebook, lnstagram, website, digital ads, Youtube, EDMs and more)
* Ongoing website, mobile and App maintenance by providing graphic assets
* Liaise with, and integrate constructive feedback from Marketing and Development teams
What you'll bring to the role:
* Digital or Graphic Design Qualifications or equivalent
* At least two years proven experience in digital and print advertising
* Strong experience in Adobe CS suite (After Effects skills is preferred)
* UI design and general UX user flow knowledge
* Experience conducting user research and user testing
* Experience working in eCommerce, Fintech or Marketing role previously
* Experience designing animated HTML5 ads a plus (Google Web Designer or Adobe Animate)
* Experience with UI for cross-platform apps
* Ability to interpret analytics data / heatmaps / customer feedback to improve performance
* Comfortable working within the gaming industry
