The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Commissioning Electricians to join our construction teams on major energy transition projects. This is a unique chance to contribute directly to Australia's energy transformation while working on critical infrastructure that includes substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, crushing plants and decarbonisation programs. These are full‐time FIFO positions offering long‐term opportunities, with successful candidates securing 18 to 24 months of ongoing project work.

* FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara
* 20:8 roster
* Flights from all major cities in Australia for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
* Perform full instrument loop checks, motor verifications, bumping, and point‐to‐point testing.
* Conduct meggering of cables and equipment to verify insulation integrity.
* Verify instrument calibrations, continuity, and polarity prior to dynamic and functional testing.
* Confirm tag allocation, marshalling, and wiring accuracy from field devices through to control system I/O, including correct terminations.
* Perform DCS checks with operator to validate control system functionality and operator interface integrity.
* Execute Cause and Effect Testing (CFTs), including valve stroking and calibration, alarms and trip verification, interlock testing, and validation of control logic prior to hot commissioning.
Qualifications & Experience
* WA Electrical Licence (essential)
* Instrumentation Cert III or IV
* EEHA qualification (desirable)
* BHP Inductions (desirable)
* Current Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Working at Heights certification
* LVR/CPR & current First Aid Certificate
* High Risk Licence (EWP)
* Previous FIFO experience (preferred)
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
