 * Key Responsibilities:
 1. Administration of project/recruitment documents and site entry requirements.
 2. Scheduling interviews, medicals, and related assessments.
 3. Conducting phone screening and reference checks.
 4. Maintenance of recruitment and HR records.
 5. Issuing new starters packs and ensuring documentation is completed and electronically filed.
 6. Assisting with compliance reporting.

Requirements
 * A strong background in Recruitment/Coordinator Administration (minimum 3 years).
 * Experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded.
 * Strong attention to detail.
 * Excellent time management ability.
 * Effective communication skills.
