This is a permanent, field-based position suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and providing a high level of client service. As a member of our On Road Services team, you will manage the key field responsibilities of Property Management, while working closely with our office team to ensure a seamless client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide a professional and approachable service to clients
* Conduct thorough and accurate routine property inspections
* Manage open homes and leasing appointments with care
* Handle property keys with responsibility and accuracy
* Assist renters in finding a new home
* Identify and communicate maintenance issues in a timely manner
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service

* A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
* A valid driver’s licence
* A current police check
