Monday to Friday 6.00am-2.00pm $43.64 per hour including casual loading Lytton location Commencing ASAP The Warranty and Returns Officer is responsible for managing all Return Authorisation (RA) and warranty-related activities, ensuring accurate processing, timely customer communication, and legendary customer service. This role works closely with customers, Product Managers (PM), suppliers, and internal warehouse teams to resolve warranty issues efficiently while maintaining accurate system records and compliance with company procedures RA & Warranty Processing Efficiently process inbound RA items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collect RA items from Warehouse One receiving area. Book returned items into the Warranty Portal and complete RA book-in documentation. Create RA numbers for customers and Account Managers as required. Process Advance Replacement requests for valid RAs. Issue replacement products to customers or arrange the shipping for no fault found items Process credit notes requests when replacement stock is unavailable or when requested by the customer. Issue credit notes for change of maid order and arrange virtual internal stock transfers where required. Book items into supplier RMA form, including required photos and documentation. Submit outbound supplier RMAs, associate supplier RMA numbers in the warranty portal, and arrange shipment to suppliers. Process supplier RMA outcomes, including: Booking replacement stock back into inventory and updating the warranty portal accordingly, or Processing supplier credits and updating the warranty portal accordingly. Manage controlled returns for valid RA and order returns. Customer Service & Communication Provide professional and timely responses to customer email enquiries. Respond to customer enquiries related to warranty claim, warranty status, and order issues. Support inbound customer phone calls related to RA and warranty matters. Liaise with customers, AMs, and PMs to resolve purchase- and warranty-related issues effectively. Deliver legendary customer service for walk-in customers returning RA items or seeking warranty information. Handle cancelled orders and mis-delivery cases, including re-shipment arrangements in coordination with AMs and customers Inventory, Stock & Logistics Management Perform daily scanning and archiving of invoices from the previous business day. Consolidate SA and VIC internal transfers for RMA processing. Handle damaged stock, including warehouse and transit damage, and submit write-off requests when required. Conduct EX-DEMO stock counts. Manage Buffer Good items, including: Book-in and invoicing, Stock takes and reconciliations. Manage E-waste in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate records across all warranty request and RA systems. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements. Perform additional temporary duties as required to support business operations. Perform a weekly kitchen grocery run. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including daily cleaning of rooms and emptying rubbish and cardboard bins.
