About the Role
A key role in managing subcontract packages for the Snowy Hydro 2.0 project, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and driving commercial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage major subcontract agreements including correspondence, variations, claims, payments and close-out
* Evaluate offers, negotiate with suppliers, and make recommendations for award
* Draft, review and finalise subcontractor agreements in line with project policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate registers of variations, delays, claims, extensions of time and payments for reporting
* Promote strong working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective delivery
