We're Urban Forager Pty Ltd, a premium food manufacturer based in WA with two exciting brands: Urban Forager and The Natural Stock Co. From humble farmers' market beginnings, our products are now stocked in over 1600 stores across Australia, New Zealand and the UAE.
Our products are the first of their kind in the world and beat competitors on quality AND value. Being a novel format in the category, consumer education is the key to our marketing and sales. We have amazing customer retention and our reputation is growing, with 2025 a huge year for awards including the WA Good Food Guide People's Choice Award for our chicken stock.

The Role
This is an independent, hands-on role where you'll lead and execute the marketing strategy across both of our brands. Your primary mission? Consumer education. We know we have amazing customer retention once consumers trial our products, so driving trial is key to this role.
You'll be our go-to person for planning, executing, and evaluating campaigns; from TikTok to trade shows and everything in between. Being a small but growing business, you'll outsource some work to specialists as well as getting creative with your hands behind the phone and keyboard for quite a bit. You'll report directly to our Founder and work closely with our outstanding Sales Manager.
There is real opportunity for this role to expand and evolve with the business.
We're flexible on hours (30–38 hrs/week) and happy to accommodate other commitments.

What You'll Do
* Develop, execute, evaluate and update marketing strategies for both brands.
* Manage campaigns across existing online platforms in line with your strategy
* Grow online presence via new platforms
* Run influencer and ambassador programs
* Drive PR opportunities and ambassador programs
* Support supermarket and independent retail promotions

About You
* You're a foodie at heart – you love great produce, cooking, and premium brands.
* You've got 2–4 years of marketing experience and are ready for more ownership
* You're a doer. You have an incredible eye for detail. You can move between strategy, idea creation and day-to-day execution with ease
* You're tech-savvy, comfortable with all social media platforms and strong understanding of AI tools with a willingness to learn and explore new platforms.
* You understand how to position premium products build brand loyalty, and grow brand awareness and customer base through smart, targeted marketing
* You're just as happy mapping out strategy as you are diving into the details of a campaign and creating content on the go.
