Requirements
* Minimum 3‐5 years of hospitality experience.
* Minimum 1‐2 years of management experience for the Assistant Manager position.
* Experience in hatted restaurant establishments.
* RSA required for FOH roles; Approved Manager certificate ideal.
* Approved Manager certificate must be obtained within 3 months of commencement.
* Valid Australian work authorisation is required.
