Job Description
As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you'll help Australians navigate their home loan journey while benefiting from our AI-enhanced platform, smart automation, and end-to-end support, powering you to new heights.
Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, and video – no cold leads.
Work on Australia's #1 home loan platform, driving 4x faster settlements.
Get pre-qualified appointments booked for you.
Submit deals to our in-house processing team – we'll handle the admin.
Access referral income beyond broking, including buyer's agents and conveyancing.
Typical brokers submit 12+ deals per month; top performers exceed a deal a day.
Qualifications
Experience in phone-based sales roles (insurance, solar, tech, etc.) or in mortgage broking, lending, or financial services (branch or phone-based).
A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership.
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it – we can help).
Unrestricted Australian working rights.
