We are seeking experienced A-Grade Electricians as well as 3rd and 4th year Electrical Apprentices to join our growing Residential Construction team.
In this role, you will be involved in the delivery of domestic new home projects as allocated by our Residential Supervisor. A-Grade Electricians will take the lead on projects, running their own crews and overseeing apprentices, while senior apprentices will work closely alongside qualified electricians to further develop their skills within a structured and supportive environment.
Projects are located across Gippsland, Pakenham, Clyde and Melbourne's South-East.
Our residential division continues to expand, with a well-established team now operating from our Pakenham base. You'll be joining a high-performing crew delivering quality residential outcomes, with genuine opportunities for career progression and leadership development as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee electrical works on designated domestic construction projects
* Work closely with Supervisors and Management to meet daily tasks and project timelines
* Train, guide and mentor apprentices (A-Grade Electricians)
* Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades on site
* Maintain compliance with all WHS standards and site requirements
* Manage time efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
Qualifications & Requirements
For A-Grade Electricians:
* Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
* Current White Card
* Working with Children's Check
* Current Driver's Licence
* Proven experience in residential electrical projects
For Apprentices:
* Currently undertaking a 3rd or 4th year Electrical Apprenticeship
* White Card and Driver's Licence
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Residential construction experience highly regarded
