About The Role
What you do in this role will have a real, genuine impact on the growth of our business. Whether it's building strong strategic relationships and creating new revenue opportunities for our restaurant partners, or being the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders and advocating on their behalf. Our core focus is empowering merchant growth through the adoption of our marketing tech solutions, building operational excellence and ensuring the highest level of service possible.
Your Impact In Role
* Be the primary point of contact for ~70 brands; you are the face of Uber to these merchants.
* Analyze and leverage data to provide tailored recommendations and insights on how they can scale their business on the platform.
* Drive adoption of our ads and offers marketing tools within your portfolio.
* Work with XFN partners to share information on key initiatives/programs that your customers can benefit from.
The Experience You'll Bring
* Minimum 2 years prior account management experience, where you had commercial targets and were solely responsible for the success of a customer portfolio.
* Able to analyze data, draw insights and conclusions and clearly message back recommendations and actions to your customer based on their interests/business.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
* Experience in an account management or sales role using a CRM, forecasting and pipeline management.
