We are looking to employ an Administration & Operations Coordinator to assist our existing team across various areas of the business. This is a salaried position working out of our Head Office in Kingston, Logan City. This role is predominantly an Administration role, but will also require time in our Warehouse area. Ideally you will possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced administration/operations support role.
The duties of this role will include:
* Providing high-level administrative support to operations
* Maintaining accurate records, data and system administration
* Liaising with key stakeholders to maintain long-standing relationships
* Coordinate the supply of materials to ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly
* Coordinate activities of operational staff
* Maintain management level analysis & reporting
* Manage incoming email & phone enquiries
* Assist with stock control and monthly stocktake counts
* General administrative tasks
The successful candidate must have:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer processing abilities
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Highly motivated and adaptable team player
* Ability to multitask, use initiative and be flexible
* Experience with Pronto (desirable)
