About the Role
The focus of our Associate Partner is to support our Commercial Partner/s around the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.
This support will have a credit focus with an emphasis on strong credit writing capability and portfolio risk monitoring.
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to Partners, focusing on credit writing, completing annual reviews, covenant testing
Support the Partners with proactive management of their portfolio with the goal of maximising revenue opportunities
Assisting with general customer enquiries and onboarding of new clients
Analysing customer financial accounts and credit proposals
Identifying needs for the Bank's products and services
Qualifications
Experience in financial modelling, credit writing and business banking, or experience as a Banker with complex lending experience
Strong administration and technical skills, customer focused attitude and a talent for building long-term relationships
Sound understanding of banking principles and document preparation (distinct advantage)
Driven individual, real team player, ability to build an effective operating rhythm within a busy environment
Natural problem solver, adaptable through changes and able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
