Overview
Senior BIM Modeller - Revit is part of UGL's Engineering Team. Active Design & Delivery Phase for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project. Digital engineering and BIM sit at the centre of delivery, supporting the design lifecycle from detailed design through to design for construction, delivering coordinated, construction-ready digital models used by design and construction teams.

We're delivering the LGCFR project as part of a joint Alliance with work spanning design and construction for new track, new and upgraded stations, and integration with live rail infrastructure. Senior BIM Modeller roles can be based out of Brisbane or Chatswood.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage accurate, detailed 3D BIM models and technical drawings.
* Lead drawing production including layouts, schematics, and diagrams.
* Coordinate multi-discipline models, including clash detection and resolution.
* Apply advanced Revit capability as the core platform, alongside AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revizto.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship while supporting model validation and handover processes.
What you will bring
* Experience in a similar BIM Modeller role within major infrastructure, transport or engineering projects.
* Strong technical understanding across MEI, utilities electrical, or civil/structural disciplines, with full BIM lifecycle experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, with the ability to confidently model, coordinate and document complex designs.
* Experience using AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revizto, with a solid understanding of ISO 19650 and digital engineering standards.
