About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving Nexxis' growth by identifying opportunities, engaging customers, and helping match the right inspection solutions to real‐world problems.
You don't need years of sales experience, we care more about your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. This role is based in O'Connor, Perth, Western Australia
You'll spend most of your time:
* speaking with customers over the phone
* following up inbound leads
* identifying new opportunities
* working closely with technical and field sales teams
You'll be supported with training, coaching, and exposure to complex, high‐value solutions used in safety‐critical environments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Engage inbound enquiries and proactively contact new and existing customers
* Ask smart questions to understand customer needs, timelines, and constraints
* Identify opportunities for rental, hire, or purchase solutions
* Follow up quotes and conversations with clear next steps
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
* Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities in the CRM
* Work closely with Technical Sales Representatives and branch teams
* Participate in ongoing sales, product, and industry training
* Occasionally attend customer meetings, training sessions, or trade events
