About The Role

The EA & Office Manager delivers high quality customer focused reception, administration and support to the T2 support office while also providing EA support to our Managing Director. It is essential this position presents a professional image and creates a welcoming, warm and positive first impression with all stakeholders, whether online, via phone or in person. The role also provides written communications, meeting, event and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

EA & Reception

* Managing the business priorities of the MD including diary management across global time zones and travel management
* Daily office attendance maintaining T2 front of house reception, Mon -Fri (hours flexible)
* Principal point of contact: screening reception calls, greeting visitors and receiving couriers

Leadership team support

* Supporting the business priorities of the MD & Leadership Team
* Travel management liaison – end to end planning and coordination of both international and domestic travel
* Liaise with key stakeholders across Lipton

Office support

* Meeting and event coordination including Town Halls and Engagement activities for the office
* Supporting office culture and employee engagement by organising moments that matter, e.g. morning teas
* End to end Office Management – managing suppliers; facilities and health and safety
