This role connects onshore stakeholders with offshore EAs to deliver seamless in-office execution and high-quality client-facing experiences, while embedding PwC’s EA operating model. What you’ll do: Deliver on-site EA support to an AU Partner and the office, including printing/production, meeting and event logistics, and client greetings to ensure seamless in-office execution. Act as the onshore connector with offshore EAs, coordinating priorities, clarifying expectations, ensuring smooth handovers, and maintaining onDemand coordination and process discipline. Serve as the standing coverage pool for unplanned EA absences, triaging issues and providing same-day stabilis ation of business-critical activity. Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations; communicate and escalate appropriately; support internal and client events; and contribute to the EA community through knowledge sharing and coaching. What we’re looking for: Trusted judgment, professionalism, discretion, and a service-excellence mindset; confidence handling sensitive interactions and complex stakeholder needs. Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner across the Connected Teams/EA Community, influence adherence to the EA operating model, and provide clear, constructive feedback. Highly organis ed, process-driven executor with event support and issue-resolution experience; able to triage unplanned absences and manage competing priorities under time pressure. Office-based availability with fixed hours from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM local time. With two Concierge EAs at this location, one EA is required be onsite at all times, ideally with a scheduled overlap day to ensure continuous coverage.
