Our passionate Supervisors:Collaborate with the Store Manager in coaching the retail team and ensuring professional customer service is always providedAssist the retail team with pre-testing and dispensingMaintain store presentation and inventory controlImplement roster changes and drive sales through KPIsSupport the day-to-day operations of the store and be front of house supportDevelop their optical knowledge as an essential part of the roleSkills and Experience Positivity creates possibility!
As a Supervisor, you will lead & inspire by exhibiting the following:Management Skills:Demonstrated leadership or training experience in a retail/customer service settingPractical Abilities:Experience within the optical industry.
