Work Details
* Location: Lane Cove, Sydney
* Work Arrangement: 12-hour rotating shifts (4 on, 4 off - 2 days/2 nights - 6 am-6 pm/6 pm-6 am)

About The Role:
Reporting to the Resource Manager, the Shift Technician’s responsibilities include:
* Performing routine preventative maintenance on HV and LV systems, associated plant/equipment, and HVAC systems as per CMMS work orders.
* Monitoring BMS for operational and alarm conditions.
* Addressing A/C issues on-site.
* Conducting building walk-rounds and meter readings from UPS, PDU’s, and utilities.
* Investigating faults, diagnosing causes, and implementing remedies.
* Preparing accurate and timely reports.
* Ensuring repairs comply with current regulations.
* Building trusting relationships with Resource Managers, staff, and stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
* Electrical non-restricted license
* Certificate III in Electrical/Electrotechnology
* Relevant and valid OH&S cards
* Additional training and experience
* Valid Driver’s License
* Experience with CMMS and BMS systems
* Australian Citizen with NV1 Clearance
* White Card Construction (advantageous)
