About the role: * Provide high-level financial advice to Executive Directors and General Managers. * Deliver budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and variance analysis. * Investigate financial risks and recommend corrective strategies. * Oversee and guide Management Accountants supporting cost centre managers. * Prepare annual budgets aligned with organisational priorities and funding. * Produce accurate monthly reports within strict reporting cycles. * Analyse complex healthcare data and present insights clearly to leaders. * Support business cases, funding submissions and service planning. * Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and practices. About you: * You bring strong management accounting expertise in a complex environment. * You communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. * You're confident partnering with executive and senior leadership teams. * You're analytical, detail-focused and proactive in identifying risk. * You enjoy mentoring others and contributing to team capability. * You value integrity, collaboration and public service impact. * You're adaptable and comfortable working across diverse portfolios. CPA/CA or a relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
