* Delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving member concerns effectively
* Recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing staff members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven leadership experience managing sales teams with 5+ direct/indirect reports in high-volume environments. Ideally within the fitness industry
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience in financial management and monitoring P&L
* The ability to engage and motivate a diverse team across club operations
* Superb verbal and written communication skills
