About This Role
This is a dynamic position within our organization where you will be responsible for the daily operational management of our fleet, including but not limited to, managing leased vehicle fleets and working with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fleet database information management
* Registration renewals and roadworthy inspections
* Managing general enquiries from drivers and site contacts
* Managing recharge requests from leasing companies, including stakeholder approvals
* Utilizing various data analysis tools to interpret and report on data
* SUPPORTING the Category Management team in data analytics requirements
* Proactively suggesting improvements to processes or approaches
* Reporting on past events, issues, and trends
* Acting as a liaison between different departments within the organization
* Demonstrated ability to operate in SAP and various modules of Ariba
Skills And Experience:
* Experience in fleet management, including vehicle leasing and dealing with roads and transport authorities
* Well-organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Making decisions to drive the right business and financial outcomes
* Proven ability to work on ERP systems such as SAP and others
* Proven ability in building and maintaining effective team relationships, with strong leadership and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and follow-up to ensure accurate and complete contractual documentation
* Contract administration experience
* Ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of work
* High level of computer literacy with deep skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Ability to work in a calm manner, prioritize competing demands, and solve enquiries efficiently
