Job Details: Full-time, 38 hours per week Location: 39 Keysborough Avenue, Keysborough VIC 3173 Salary: $76,515.00 per annum plus superannuation Key Responsibilities: System Design & Integration: Analyse, develop, and evaluate system designs, architecture, and data models for configuration and integration. Network Infrastructure Management: Monitor, research, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure peak performance and reliability. Application & System Support: Manage application support processes, investigate technical issues, and provide expert troubleshooting for networks and systems. Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain networks, software, servers, and workstations, while planning upgrades and performance optimizations. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation for network inventory, fault resolutions, and system modifications, generating reports as needed. Monitoring & Security: Use monitoring tools to track system and network performance, conduct basic vulnerability assessments, and ensure incident resolution aligns with protocols. Policy & Best Practices: Apply operational procedures, configure network settings, and ensure compliance with standard policies and industry best practices. Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance system efficiency. Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage backup solutions, perform regular data integrity checks, and oversee disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
