Your Key Responsibilities
* Current driver's license and forklift with clean records.
* Supervising loading of goods onto truck.
* Checking condition of goods and preparing transport documents.
* Checking the vehicle is in good, safe working order before setting off.
* Transporting goods to their final destination.
* Lifting, receiving & dispatching stock.
* Maintenance inside and outside the warehouse.
* Transferring stock between store and warehouse.
* Inspecting their vehicles for mechanical issues relating to safe operation, and basic repair work.
The Ideal Candidate
* Ability to drive safely.
* High level of concentration and rapid reflexes.
* Strong sense of orientation.
* Problem‑solving skills (dealing with accidents and unforeseen issues).
* Organizational and time‑management skills.
* Patience and resistance to stress.
* Flexibility.
