* Salary: WHA2 $30.85 - $31.17 per hour + 25% casual loading
* Casual (up to 12 months ), working over a 7 day roster

Join SA Health as a Casual Catering professional at our Yorketown Melaleuca Court facility, where you will play an essential role in delivering quality food services to support patient care and recovery in the Yorke and Mid North region.
About the Opportunity
This casual position offers flexible working arrangements within our modern catering operations at Melaleuca Court. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service while working alongside a supportive team committed to excellence in healthcare support services.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and food safety standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen facilities and equipment
* Support menu planning and special dietary accommodations for patients and staff
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and SA Health policies
* Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and catering colleagues

Essential Requirements
* Experience in commercial food preparation or catering services
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work flexibly across various shifts as required
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
