About the role
As Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store. You'll lead from the front, set the tone for customer experience, and build a team that loves what they do. This is a hands-on leadership role where service comes first, standards are high, and no two days look the same.

Key skills & experience
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
* Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset
* A genuine love for customer service and gifting-style retail
* Confident running day-to-day store operations
* Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
* Warm, approachable, and commercially aware
