About The Opportunity
The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing roof replacement and repair works, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise daily roof works, ensuring safety, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
- Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues to avoid delays.
- Enforce WHS, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all works meet client expectations.
- Liaise with clients and teams, providing updates and managing needs.
- Report on progress, risks, variations, and efficiency improvements.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ Years' Experience In Building, Roofing, Or Site Supervision
- Strong Knowledge Of Building Practices, Roofing Systems & WHS
- Skilled In Coordinating Trades, Subcontractors & Suppliers
- Excellent Time Management & Multi-Project Coordination
- Solid Communication, Attention To Detail & Problem Solving
- QBCC Licence & Insurance Building Experience (Preferred)
