This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people leadership with operational excellence, helping your team thrive while ensuring outstanding service delivery.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, support, and day-to-day guidance. You'll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping team culture, performance, and engagement.
You'll be someone who leads with empathy, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping others grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service
* Act as the first point of escalation for team and client matters
* Monitor workloads, priorities, and response times
* Provide regular feedback, check-ins, and performance support
* Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry requirements
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
* Step in operationally when required to support the team
* Manage a portfolio of strata schemes across legislative, financial, insurance, risk, and compliance matters
About You
* Proven experience in a leadership or senior role
* Strong communication and people-management skills
* Calm, solutions-focused approach to challenges
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident making decisions and guiding others
* Passionate about team development and culture
* NSW held Strata License Class 2 or Class 1
