Nicholas Scott are working with a leading Australian Law Firm who have an opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate in their Competition & Regulatory team for either their Sydney or Melbourne office.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate (approximately 3+ years PQE) with a strong background in competition law.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and file competition law merger filings.
* Conduct investigations into cartels and abuse of dominance.
* Represent clients in competition litigation.
* Advise on access regulation and consumer matters.
* Coordinate across teams nationally and internationally.
Qualifications
* Background in competition law (merger clearance, cartel investigations, litigation).
* Experience in access or consumer regulation matters.
* Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
* Ability to operate across teams nationally and internationally.
