We are seeking a programme manager for our City Camp experience at doxa-au. Students and teachers from metropolitan schools reside with us while we facilitate their exploration of Melbourne's attractions, including the Eureka Skydeck, Melbourne Zoo, MCG and Sports Museum.

About You
* You should hold relevant tertiary qualifications for working with children and young people.
* You must possess skills and experience in leading and managing teams.
* A key requirement is extensive experience in designing, implementing and overseeing programmes for children and adolescents.
* You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, such as schools, activity providers and welfare organisations.
Job Description
The programme manager will oversee all aspects of the City Camp Programme, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional participant experiences. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with programme participants, schools and stakeholders.
* Designing, implementing and evaluating programmes that cater to diverse needs and interests.
* Leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programmes.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on programme outcomes.
