We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Consultant to work in our West End branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and thrive in a team environment.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will:
1. Provide exceptional customer service across face-to-face and phone interactions.
2. Assist in developing long-term mutually rewarding relationships between customers and the organization through various transactions.
3. Identify opportunities to promote financial products and services through continuous education and customer interaction.
4. Promote the organization in a positive and professional manner through volunteer programs and opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must bring:
* A track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Confidence in building strong relationships with customers.
* Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to determine priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Please note that previous customer service/sales experience is essential, and FSRA Tier 2 accreditation is preferred. You must also commit to the organization's purpose, aspiration, values, brand, and the B Corp ethos.
