We are currently recruiting for a Barista and Café Assistant to join our talented and professional catering team.

About the role
M's Café and Canopy Café provide Barista made coffee and a small selection of cold drinks and snacks to staff, students, parents and visitors to St Margaret's. We are looking for a Barista and Café Assistant who can:
* Create top-notch coffee and provide outstanding customer service to students, staff and visitors
* Prepare beverages and handle point of sales
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness across both cafés
* Basic food preparation as needed
* Assist with function work across the school
* Support the wider catering team with various café operations
The Cafés are in operation from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday during school term, some Saturday work maybe required.
You will be an essential part of our catering team, helping us maintain our high standards of service and quality.
About you
You will be someone who enjoys the energy of a vibrant café environment and takes pride in delivering great service. You will bring to the role:
* Previous experience as a barista who makes great coffee
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service
* The ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service times
* Contribute positively to the team environment
* A positive attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks as needed
