Warrikal is a dynamic, majority Aboriginal-owned, and operated business that has rapidly emerged as a formidable force in the resources and minerals sector of WA. The company established itself as a leading provider of maintenance, shutdown, and specialised project services, cementing its reputation as a trusted and efficient provider.
The Role
Warrikal is seeking a proactive and organised Coordinator – Resource Planning to join our growing team in Perth.
This is a hands-on role where you'll plan, mobilise, and coordinate personnel for shutdowns, maintenance jobs, or projects across WA's major mining operations. You'll work closely with site leadership, project teams, and our people on the ground to ensure every job is fully prepared, staffed, and delivered efficiently.
You'll be the connection point between our people, clients, and operations - keeping communication clear, solving challenges as they arise, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
If you enjoy fast-paced, people-focused work where your organisational skills truly make a difference, this role will keep you challenged and engaged.
Key Responsibilities

* Review and interpret job requests, clarify details, and update planning systems with accurate information

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building positive relationships across teams and with clients
* The ability to think ahead, adapt quickly, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing rosters and workforce data
