Overview
The Analyst Procurement II supports the procurement and Trade Compliance functions for Donaldson Australasia, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and operational objectives. This full‐time role is based at the Wyong site on the Central Coast of NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic procurement: develop and improve procurement processes, reporting, and strategic goal setting.
* Manage RFT/RFP documentation; assist evaluation and implementation of tender responses.
* Identify and profile alternative suppliers for sourcing of products and services.
* Develop strong, credible relationships and contacts within the Australian business, APAC sourcing group, and key suppliers.
* Process purchase requests, source and obtain quotes on goods and services, raise purchase orders via Oracle.
* Handle credit requests and returns, review invoice discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments.
* Maintain contractor database, certificates, and licenses.
* Coordinate sub‐contractors for services related to purchase plans.
* Participate in APAC sourcing activities and WebEx sessions as required.
* Maintain sourcing and pricing data in the Oracle system, assist in cost‐saving activities.
* Produce and maintain reports, provide role coverage support when required.
* Manage third‐party suppliers, facilitate and manage procurement projects.
* Assist in third‐party supplier analysis, set up, and maintain supplier contracts and qualification certificates in the Oracle system.
* Ensure sourcing meets quality, price, delivery and reliability standards, and demonstrate robust processes including risk assessment.
* Track value improvement from suppliers and set procurement goals and performance indicators.
* Work within the DAPL quality system and demonstrate good knowledge of the spend portfolio.
* Adhere to company policies, governance and ethics guidelines, and promote safety in all activities.
* Maintain a positive, professional work ethic and comply with all company policies, procedures, and legislation.
