The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our established team.
This is a long-term opportunity suited to a confident and capable supervisor who understands architectural construction, enjoys running organised and professional sites, and takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality homes.
You will oversee projects from commencement through to handover, ensuring programs are maintained, trades are coordinated effectively, and workmanship reflects our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Full site supervision of high-end residential builds
* Coordinate and manage trades, suppliers and subcontractors
* Maintain build program and sequencing
* Ensure all works meet quality expectations and construction standards
* Uphold site safety and WHS compliance
* Hold and maintain current White Card (Construction Induction)
* Conduct site meetings with clients, architects and consultants as required
* Problem-solve and proactively manage site challenges
* Maintain clean, organised and professional sites
About You
* Proven experience supervising custom or architectural residential builds
* Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A respectful and professional approach to managing trades and stakeholders
* Current driver's licence
* Relevant building qualifications (preferred but not essential depending on experience)
* Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
