About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to partner with leaders in delivering strategic people and culture advice, driving talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. As a trusted advisor, you will bring clarity, consistency, and innovation to everything you do, whether it's navigating complex employee relations or enhancing performance and reward frameworks.
* Partner with leaders to deliver strategic P&C advice and support.
* Drive talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
* Lead initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, and diversity & inclusion.
* Manage complex employee relations cases and support change management.
* Champion performance and reward programs aligned with business goals.
* Analyse P&C data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Support organisational development and embed company values and culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years in a generalist P&C role, with exposure to specialist disciplines.
* Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
* A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A passion for continuous learning and innovation in HR practices.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
